Who We Are

Started in 1995, we have a twenty year old legacy in HR consulting. We have been preferred partners for many of our clients over last two decades taking care of their recruitments and other HR needs. We believe in two pillars Clients and Candidates as the foundation of XL consultants. Our understanding so far has been, we take care of our two pillars and they take care of us. In fact we never did any active marketing in last 20 years and the list of our clients will stand testimonials to our service.

What is unique about our recruitment methodology that we didn't have the necessity to do marketing?

Interestingly, the answer to that question is simple, there is nothing unique about our recruitment methodology! It is just a commonsensical approach to recruitment. This was based on the series of questions, we started asking ourselves over the years.

  • How well do we know our clients, their product and service offerings?
  • Why do our clients engage us for their recruitment needs? Is that they don't have the bandwidth or Is it that the skill is so unique they are unable to find it themselves?
  • If it is bandwidth issue, how can we supplement their team in fulfilling their needs?
  • If the skill is niche, how can we identify candidates from our network and database?
  • Do the clients know who they exactly need? Do they have their requirement or Job clearly defined?
  • If no, how can we ask the right questions to get the answers we need for us to find the right match for them?
  • What is the brand value of our clients? Can they compete with Tier-1, Tier-2 companies?
  • How can we become brand ambassadors of our clients, marketing their brand?
  • How can we create the excitement for the candidates to join this client against others?
  • How can we give the best service to our clients, which make them come back to us again and again?
  • How can we fulfil positions like nobody else can?
  • How well do we know our candidates? Do we know their preferences, skills and experience?
